Now the Divemaster Manager, Tim Tam oversees all diving logistics. He handles everything from organizing diving activities and maintaining boat schedules to ensuring boat permits are valid, captains are licensed, and dive equipment is always counted and in top condition. It's a demanding role, and few could manage it with the precision and calm that Tim Tam brings every single day.

With 25 years of experience working in dive shops, his knowledge is unmatched. His insight into how a dive center functions—from the back-end logistics to diver safety—is pure gold. Oceans 5's smooth operation on the diving side owes a huge debt to Tim Tam’s quiet but powerful leadership.
